This is a nice puzzle, it might even be suitable for the beginners/intermediate forum. If you'd ask for the odds, now then it would be really tough!

♠A at start looking for ♠K bared onside, if that doesn´t happen* you must try endplay, win ♥A, ♦A and ♥K exit with a ♠.

 

I can´t see anyting better so I supose I am down, and ♠J is bare on the right side :).

 

 

*: if ♠K drops stiff on the wrong side you win ♠Q, ♦A, and ALL the ♥ (fiennesinig west if neccesary), that way you won´t even need 2♥ with the ♠trick, only ♣K :).

well hell, i'm not making this.. even taking fluffy's endplay, whoever wins the ♠K has to be something like 2/2/5/4... with 3 hearts it seems you're still down

 

but i think that's the only chance

This is probably wrong, but I would try this: play a heart to the A, cash the A of ♦, and lead the Q of ♠.
