White games at imps show a profit at anywhere near 50% successful. 3nt is just wrong with at least 8 hearts and 2 short suits. This should be a push. If you play both Jacoby transfers (2-level transfers) and Texas transfers (4-level transfers) then you should Texas, as a Jacoby transfer followed by a game bid is a mild slam try (at least, it is for most players). This hand does not merit a mild slam try. I agree with bidding game in hearts by whatever means the partnership has at its disposal, without making any other forward going move. If partner has 5♠ we may end up in the wrong contract, but you need very specialized agreements which aren't worth the sacrifice imo.
