This hand is very likely a misfit hand and you should probably stay low. In my experience what happens here is: Responder thinks: We have a mis-fit so i had better put the breaks on by bidding 2N. Then partner will know to stay low. What partner actually thinks: My distributional hand will play very nicely opposite a balanced 10-12 count.
