You are North.

3S was intended to be "full value raise to 4H" (or maybe more!)

What does 5C mean for you?

What does 5C show, and what do you bid now?

This hand is so weird, are there two decks in play? 5 could be a second suit but I'm still afraid we're off two aces, I'd bid 5 but I'm passing 5 I'm afraid.

5 is a slam try, so I respond with 5 and see if partner shows a spade control. I will raise 5 to 6.

I would think this has a very small risk. The risk is partner might go into the tank over your 5 bid then bid 5. It is true that if they complained about your 6 bid as UI and the director ruled in their favor I would laugh at the director. But, are you seriously thinking you can get to seven? I would think there isn't enough room to find the grand even if partner bids 5 so I would favor 6 now to avoid the possible unnecessary involvement the director. If I was thinking I might be able to get to grand, then I would like the 5 bid.
