han
If my counting is correct, Phil and Cherdano both have the highest score with 700. Other high scores were achieved by Gerben (690), Echognome (680), Vampyr (680) and Gwnn (680). Cherdano had the great advantage of discussing the hands with me before I sent them out so maybe he should be disqualified. On the other hand, nobody made as many complaints as Phil, so perhaps he should be disqualified too. :P Either way, if I do another poll then I will ask both of them to be on the panel. I have to apologize to Kayin. We discussed that he would be on the panel and he sent me his comments but I messed up. I hope Alex forgives me and will be on the panel if I do it again.
mike777
Thank You Han for taking the time to do this. Great job. As for the many questions I note none of the "issue bids" were alerted so I think the answer to most of the questions must be NO.

nigel_k
Great job and very interesting hands. The only improvement I would suggest is to structure the problems so that everyone is answering according to the same methods. IMO it doesn't work very well if panelists are invited to answer according to their own preferred method because people may agree on the judgment issues but make different choices, or vice versa. So maybe provide more detailed information about agreements relevant to the problem and/or stipulate that there are no other relevant agreements. AlexJonson
I enjoyed the poll, and enjoyed the comments and scoring. Well done as everyone says. I think it is best to allow the panel to give their own viewpoint, and even to allow whinging from some competitors.
han
Great job and very interesting hands. So maybe provide more detailed information about agreements relevant to the problem and/or stipulate that there are no other relevant agreements. I think you are right and that some of the problems would have been better if I had written more about the system. On the other hand, the lack of structure led to some interesting comments. I'm thinking about the comment from Frances about 1H -2C and the comment from Fred about 1C - 1H - 1S - 2D - 3C. Definitely something I will pay more attention to next time.
mfa1010
Thank you han for an interesting set and excellent work. Well done. A suggestion:Try to give us exact cards instead of x's. Especially in the lead problem it can matter a lot. And in the potential misfit problem 6.We can pretend that they are all deuces, of course, but even then I still prefer to have them written as deuces just out of habit. :) But again, good job!
