If hearts could be a 4-card suit, then obviously natural is best. assuming that 1♥ promised 5 (sure -- this could be a lie or deviation, but whatever), playing 2♥ as natural seems silly. It could be rioght to declare hearts, but this seems less useful than alternatives. One simply alternative is the grown-up reopening.
