These passwords will need to be reset by hand. Most of these will be passwords with non-standard characters in them. To check to see if you need this done, ask the system to send you your password. If the password it sends you fails, email me at skrshawk@bridgebase.com from the address your account is registered and I will manually reset your password. Since you are posting, you obviously have your password. I guess there is a cookie that remembers who you are so you don't have to log on everytime.
