Although normal BBO service resumed shortly, all hand records that were supposed to be saved during that time period are lost permanently. Masterpoints may still be missing, but those are recoverable. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you wanted to review your own played hands, they are available under my bbo->hands and results section.
