If you have agreements that 4♦ is forcing, then that's what you should bid, but if not, then bidding 3♥ is ok. That in fact would be my preferred agreements in the sequence.Bidding 3♥ doesn't sound like bright idea though. We could still be 5-5/6-5 in majors and partner will raise us with 3 hearts here.
