I'll use the 4♣ gadget, probably to follow-up with 5NT + pull 6♣ to 6♥. 2. @gwnn: "You get a 7-6 hand about once every 17970 hands." My sim gave a bit more than that, probably due to RHO holding 7 diamonds. I got: 6 hands out of 25591 (~0,023)% For short, less than 1 hand in 4000. The number I gave is correct, both because I never make maths mistakes and because I checked it on wikipedia or somewhere else.
