Partner overcalls 1NT, which you alert as showing takeout with less than an opening hand. The minimum is in theory 0 HCP, and the call only promises 3+ in each suit. However, at these colors, you do not exactly expect to see 3-3-4-3 pattern and a bust. After RHO passes this, you make a practical call of 4♥. Two passes, and then RHO suddenly wakes up, bidding 5♦.
