Trying out play of a hand

Hi,

I guess this might be an existing feature, but I couldn't locate.

Last evening in a club bridge we had a hand on which we had some discussion afterwards on possibilities of different lines of play.

I was wondering if it is possible to feed details of the hand in a bridge movie and try to play it the way we solve the problems in the "double dummy problems" section. I tried creating a .lin file using BBO. But using that option I can only create one deal with its bidding and the way it was played once. I can't simply start from the beginning and try another play.

I hope you get what I am saying. Please let me know if there is a way to do it with BBO. And I hope the solution is possible with the downloadable version of the software. Web version is too unwieldy for me. :)

Thanks,

Mukesh

You can do it with the downloadable version. If you were able to create the hand, just load it to a teaching table. Click on MOVIE, select the hand you prepared and click SEND. This sends the hand to the table and you can replay it. Use the GIB button for DD analysis.
