paulg
Despite a fitful internet connection we were all able to see Wales win the Camrose Trophy, the Home Internationals Series for Open Teams, for the first time this weekend. The event has been running since 1937 so they have waited a long time for this historic moment. Congratulations to Paul Denning (carrott), Patrick Shields (pjs_ch), Dafydd Jones (dafydd), Gary Jones (garyjones), Peter Goodman (petepunt), Adrian Thomas (adrianthom) and NPC Alan Stephenson. The team uses BBO extensively as part of their preparations. The Scotland team has only just started using BBO, as you may have seen on my blog, and they finished fourth overall but did win the second weekend of the event. Perhaps more practice on BBO would do the job for them!
