JLOGIC
As usual I will not try to be a hero and will just lead a spade.
pooltuna
I'll bite (hopefully) with the J♥

wank
Spade - whatever is standard for your partnership. diamond.... dummy's shown spade values. give declarer a doubleton honour and we can easily mangle the suit
mtvesuvius
I'd lead a trump - the jack.
whereagles
I'd like to lead a heart, but that may cost a trick, so spade it is.
andy_h
Spade for me too.
phil_20686
I am seriously tempted by a club lead. RHO made a long suit trial in diamonds, so he should have either only a few clubs, or xxx. LHO would not have cued if he felt he had wasted values, which suggests that the opponents have value concentration in spades, hearts, and possibly diamonds. It feels a lot like a hand where tricks could be going away if we dont claim them, so while Ace of clubs can be wrong, it can also be very right. Besides, on the assumption that rho cannot have Kxx clubs, it is wrong only in the case that rho has Kx club precisely. A trump could also be right, but it seems to need declarer to want a club ruff. I doubt I can prevent him getting a diamond ruff if he needs it/partner is not over ruffing anyway.
paulg
High spade.
Echognome
Suppose the auction had gone: P - 1♥;2♥ - 3♦;3♥ - 4♥ Wouldn't we all be tempted by a diamond lead? Here we have responder cooperating with a slam try and opener only interested in game. What we don't know is if opener is messing with us to avoid a diamond lead or had a legitimate game try in diamonds. That thinking can make a diamond lead either totally spectacular or a total flop. I'm going to buy to let myself be psyched out and lead a diamond. Then I can be a hero or a zero.
Hanoi5
My first thought was a club (the Ace) but that could be very wrong so I decided it might be better to play through dummy's strength in spades.
Fluffy
[hv=pc=n&s=s7532hj9dj982caj4&w=sajt8hq62dq5c8632&n=sq964h853dktckt95&e=skhakt74da7643cq7]399|300[/hv] I though about club ace for a while but finally decided to go with the field and lead my sistemic spade 3, declarer hesitated forever before playing ♠J and partner didn't work out the lay out (should he?) covering and letting declarer get rid of both his clubs. Maybe a top spade does the work.
Free
I'd lead ♥9 and find a trump lead pretty obvious. What is there to gain from a ♠ lead except developing dummy's suit? My 7532 won't stop any tricks there...
Fluffy
I think those of us who led a spade were aiming to not blow a trick on the lead, not any other particular purpose
whereagles
The long hesitation here borders on the unethical because playing a mid spade is sort of automatic. I'd call the Director.
qwery_hi
Its trick one, was the long hesitation long for trick one?
