cherdano
Pass. Since partner has spade values, we have two top losers in the minors quite likely, and then we need a lot of luck for the red suits to come in - e.g. if partner has ♥xx ♦Axx we need essentially hearts 3-3, or ♥Q doubleton together with two diamonds. (If partner had ♦Axxx or similar he could have bid more strongly with 3♠.)
awm
Partner could've tried 3NT or 3♠ over the 3♦ call. In fact it seems pretty normal to bid 3♠ on hands where you have something of a diamond fit but still want to be able to play in 3NT. For this reason, I think the 4♦ call should imply a really good diamond fit, such that game/slam in diamonds seems likely. If partner has ♦Axxxx then we're basically cold for 5♦ regardless of the rest of partner's hand, and I don't think four small diamonds (and the inevitable values in the blacks) would be a good reason to bypass 3NT. I'm taking a shot at 5♦.
andy_h
This is imps and partner could have some average hands where game is ok. ♦Jxxx ♣K and a spade value we are then playing the overcaller for the Ace of clubs. I raise to 5D
Free
I'd bid 4♥ as choice of games.
