That if S bids 6NT you make it? Big deal, how could he know? And if N bids it you're down a bundle if the AH is switched. I'd smile, congratulate my opponents on their excellent bidding, and move on. After the 2♠, I'd just bid 6♠ and let opps decide what to do :D Can be 7, can be 5, but you know what to do if they bid 7♥ or 7♣.
