When you look at FD cards in the Windows app, it actually starts up a separate application, bidedit.exe. The web client can only display old-style and ACBL convention cards, not FD cards. You can view them in a seperate window (basically not in the web client but in an external webapp). You might not have noticed this if your browser blocks popups.
