I will double. If partner bids 3D(showing values?), we can try 3N. If he bids 2N leb followed by 3D, i guess we pass reluctantly. If he bids some high number of diamonds, we can correct to clubs showing this sort of hand.

Certainly double is the most flexible call.

Double, with the hopes of a heart game. If partner bids 3D I will bid 3NT, if partner lebs and plans to sign off in diamonds I will remove it to 4C. Maybe we should bid 4C over a positive 3D response in search for a club slam but I fear that 9 tricks could play better than contracting for 11 tricks given our club suit isn't so good.

I think 3♣ is obvious, dealing with 5♦ responses is not very healthy.

I would overcall 3♣, I don't really like Dbl although it's more flexible.

I would just bid 3♣. Add the T9 of clubs and now I would risk a double but I just don't think this hand is so good that I need to risk partner bidding diamonds until I throw the stop card at him.

Although my 2nd choice is 3C, I think my hand is strong enough that I am too afraid 3C will get passed out when 4H is cold. I'm glad that my good hand is full of A/K's because I can then remove partner's diamond bids to clubs (as opposed to say the same hand but weaker). Yes there's a chance (but a one that I think is pretty rare) that partner might just bid 5D but there are just lots of other times where finding the heart fit is crucial (if partner can't act over our direct 3C) and if we don't have a heart fit we can still reside back to clubs.
