gwnn
5♣ for me. I have clubs and more than average. Maybe partner will finally have that singleton diamond he keeps promising.

gwnn
when the glass is half empty it does not mean that it is always empty or always half empty, it means that half of the time it is full.
mtvesuvius
5♣. I hope my partner has a few clubs (and not 3 low diamonds).
Siegmund
Only 4 for me. I see way too many ways to lose (for instance) a spade and two diamonds, if partner has a normal to healthy double. I'm fine with him going on if he has an 18 pointer, of course. the hog
5C for me. I would rate pass as a zero.
mcphee
Looks to me as the only thing we can really do is advance to 5C. This action may not be a success we may be getting past a possible 5-3 H fit, but anything else looks poor to me. Passing might be possible but the fact is they have 7D tricks and with a little bit of the right shapes may get an 8th.even on a trump lead. mfa1010
I would try 5♣ also.
Fluffy
[hv=pc=n&s=s72hk62dt62caq842&w=s6hat94dk98753c73&n=sakqt4hq8da4ckj95&e=sj9853hj753dqjct6&d=e&v=0&b=14&a=pp3ddp]399|300[/hv] I don't agree much with partner's double but she made it. I passed just because I was playing online and wanted to test this kind of action, it was a success, but 5♣ is better... if partner lets you play it. gwnn
partner should raise to slam and you should make it-what am I missing?
