other table score gone

when watching team games if a board had already been played at the other table as spec i was able to see the bidding and result somewhere on the upper left of my BBO screen.

that has now disappeared and it appears that the other specs can still see it while i have to go digging into movie.

for what its worth i am on the good old win version of BBO , classic version.

can anybody help me please to get things back to the way they were?

ok so i didn't get any answers...........but everything is miraculously back to normal again anyhow :)
