Hearing no advice on this one, I will give the scoring. Clearly 6NT by North is top spot (to prevent potential heart through AQ while ♠A is out. Glad i don't need to figure out what 6NT by south should score (maybe no heart lead, maybe heart King onside).

 

So

6NN = 11

6S = 9

3NN = 6

4S = 3
