Declarer Play Problem

Playing 2/1, sitting south I am declaring this 4H. 2H promises 4 cards support, so I bid 4H directly. (Should we bid 3N along the way to let pd decides what to play? IN this case I guess pd will correct to 4H anyway)

Opening lead is C4, East took club ace and returned a small club, all follows. Opponents lead small from three small cards.

What is the best line?

If diamond ace is offside I think we are down unless they are 3-3.

If confident enough that clubs are 3-4 best line is A, K pitching spade and a diamond up, however if RHO ruffs K we are in heavy trouble.

getting in with K gives up Jxxx onside, but that is rare because then LHO with 3 clubs and 1 heart didn't bid at the 1 level, if that's because he has only 4 spades and 5 diamonds everything is breaking very badly and we won't likelly make it.

So start with K and a diamond up is my line.
