what do these bids show

The general standard treatments of these calls is something like this:

 

4N - 2 Suited Takeout, not necessarily Minors.

5 - Slam forcing(?), often 3 suited, this bid is somewhat ambigous

5N - Slam forcing, pick a slam. Support for , and , wanting to involve partner in the decision.

Not sure if you have any or enough differntiation between 5 and 5NT. I would think it would make sense for 5NT to be for the minors and 5 by partner would be forcing over 5

Let me clear a point,

If the opponents were bidding spades, I had much less question, but since they have bid Hearts, we have many doubts.

1. should 4NT be possible with the spade suit ? wouldn't this hand rather bid 4S ?

2.5H - since its still below 5S, wouldn't it make sense to play it as some invitational spade hand ?
