Do this because a brand new member trying to play in my Tourney is more likely to be a crazy/rude person returning with a new alias than a true newbie. Don't worry about what we define as a new member. That isn't too important and the definition will surely change over time. IMO, most TDs should use this option. That was exactly what I want... Some rude/crazy persons are obviously trying to disturb our regular tourney.
