jillybean
It must be a full moon, I've just had a player complain about the time I took to play to trick 1 and here is what she said... well BBO rules are no more than 1min per bid and playIt is for all tourneys according to the Board of Trustees of BBOIt is in the beginning conversatuion when you first join BBO and why most directors will not put up with slow playIt is onkly fair as if all took more than a minute on each play and bid we woukld have to wait florever for new rounds and there mwould be too much cheatingI am on Board of trustgees, and I know as we have discusssed it over and over againYou are the one who cant seem to see reasson for keeping each play and bid to a max of 1min you act like a fool

uday
We did introduce a more automated tourney type recently, the 'Express' series. These are individuals that, among other things, insist that each bid/play be made within a minute ( there is no TD, so the slow/missing player is replaced after that interval) That might be what confused the person talking to JillyB

Bbradley62
Only for serious experts What's a non-serious expert? Someone who is very good at bridge but is drunk right now and doesn't intend to try very hard?
matmat
Only for serious experts What's a non-serious expert? Someone who is very good at bridge but is drunk right now and doesn't intend to try very hard? You're wrong. A non-serious bridge expert is one that doesn't feel the need to type in "???????????????????" every time they think partner made a mistake.
