Bbradley62
http://tinyurl.com/2cffryp The explanation of my 2N bid is "2-5C; 2-5D; 2-5H; 5 S; 11-21 HCP; 12-22 total points; likely stop in D; likely stop in H". Can I really have a second 5 card suit and make that NT rebid? Also, is it really 11-21? Shouldn't some semi-balanced hands bid 3NT instead of 2NT? The explanation of 3♥ is "5+C; 4+H; 14+ total points; forcing to 3NT". Why would NorthGIB not simply bid 3NT over 2NT? Maybe I should have bid 3NT over 3♥, but I thought North was very distributional, so I raised hearts.
BunnyGo
I do not know why GIB does this, but I have learned to be wary of its bids in situations like this---it does not seem to always have the distribution that its bids say it does (I do not know why it isn't easy to program the computer to actually have 5+ clubs and 4+ hearts or to make a different bid).
