aguahombre
Lightner Double will probably hold them to six.
cloa513
Where is the other trick? Should either have open 5C or come in with 4D? Then it should be dead easy for partner to pick whether to double or sacrifice.
the hog
Double. Expect to take a ruff and an eventual other trick.
Fluffy
agree with Ron, LHO probably has 2 minor cards and that's enough.
jdonn
Their auction is not scientific and I like my chances to go plus with a double. But there is a problem. They seem to have a fit in both majors and we might chase smart opponents into spades. So this really depends on who your opponents are. Then it should be dead easy for partner to pick whether to double or sacrifice. I remember a hand from Las Vegas a few years back where we made a Lightner x and soon were writing -1210 on our cards. Its very important to make this call even if you are unsure where the next trick is coming from.
