unless 3♣ is forcing and since it is MP South probably should pass. Between the other 2 choices I would choose 3♦ as the probable ♥ wastage rates to be really bad for 5♣ while 3NT rates to have more play (still anti%age IMO)

I think it does not promise 3 clubs but how it is possible pass after 3clubs? why?

If partner wanted to force he would have bid 2♦ (4th suit) before bidding clubs.

I thought better than after 1♥, bid 1♠ Clubs are able to be or 3 or 5 because play ♦ 4° then i can have or 4-3-3-3 or 5 - 4. Now better 5♣ or better pass?
