aniko2
Hi, I am using the BBO web interface via the current version of Google Chrome. My remaining BBO balance was $1.50. I invited a fellow player to a tournament and agreed to pay his fee. I was able to send the invitation, but the usual confirmation message did not appear. Also, he tried to invite me, I accepted, and then the invitation was canceled for no apparent reason. In both instances, it would have been instructive to have an error message indicating that my BBO balance was not sufficient to complete the transaction. Perhaps this is a Chrome-only problem? Thanks, Anne
Rain
Reread and edited: Not a Chrome problem Anne, there are no low activity alerts right now when your balance is lowCertainly something that we can think about. :) You should see insufficient balance, however, if you tried to pay and don't have enough money. And when your friend invites you and you certainly have enough for 1 entry (your own), you should be able to join with no problems. So this part could be a bug? We'll test. diana_eva
The notification for insufficient balance is a pop-up window. Google Chrome has pop-ups disabled by default. Please check if you have pop-ups disabled and if you do, allow exception for bridgebase. Click on the tool symbol in the top right corner. Select "Options" from the drop down menu. In the "Under the Hood" tab click on the "Content Settings" button. In the "Pop-ups" tab, click on the "Exceptions" button and add http://www.bridgebase.com/ Or you can just allow pop-ups for all sites.
