Trumpace
You are South and manage to reach a small slam in spades. LHO leads the ♥A and you see [hv=d=s&v=n&n=st32h2dajt9876ca3&s=sakqj8hq3dk4cjt65]133|200|Scoring: IMPLead ♥A and ♣ switch. Contract 6♠.[/hv] LHO wins the ♥A and switches to a club, which you decide to win  Plan the play. (As usual, Adv/+ please don't spoil it too early). dustinst22
I'll take a stab at it. At trick 3, lead the A ♠ and K ♠. If both opponents follow suit, lead K ♦ then to A♦ ruffing high on a third round. There is roughly a 30% chance an opponent started with a singleton or void in ♦ and 3♠ and can ruff my ♦ leads. Let me know if my math is off here, but it seems to be a 70% chance of success assuming spades broke. If spades didn't break, it seems I will have to run trumps and play for a drop in diamonds. At the table, I might lead the J♦ from dummy before spades only because of the high % of players that will automatically cover with the Q. Trumpace
Well done! I think you have it right (I didn't verify the math, though).
