Full Disclosure other clients | specification

I have two queries.

 

1) Are there other clients to FD except BBO?

 

2) Is there a specification (grammar) of the FD format (*.bss)?

 

Number 2 could be decipherable, but it would still save me some work if I had the complete specification.
