bid_em_up
I thought myhands only gave the last month? I like to think that this little information actually should be public. Change the dates. Depending on when the last time an update (purge) of the database occurred, you might be able to find from 3-6 months worth of hands (but only one month's worth at a time). If the purge occurred recently, there may only be a few days worth of hands available.
Bbradley62
Chessbase also has peer-rating (idea originally championed by drtodd) using something called "applause". Peer rating works fantastic for what it is designed for. Even that other bridge site that is horrible has a bare bones peer rating system (that is horrible but better than nothing). Like online dating sites <_<
helene_t
Peer-rated dating site? So if I have a disastrous date I give him/her a high rating in order to keep the good ones for myself? Oh of course, that would work in bridge, too.
jdonn
I love the "I have X logins + I believe my login information should be private" posts lol.
JLOGIC
I agree with the people who say it should be private, not that I care personally.

Oh of course, that would work in bridge, too. Mostly, they allow you to flag people who either aren't reliable (don't show up when/where they're supposed to) or those who have not presented themselves accurately in their profiles and pre-meeting conversations. DJNeill
Are we looking to start a BBO dating service?
Bbradley62
No, but showing each player's quit-rate and/or complaint-against data in his/her profile might help identify players who are more desirable partners as well as discourage some questionable behavior from players who don't want that behavior cataloged publicly. babalu1997
Are we looking to start a BBO dating service? That has existed for quite a long time.In fact the marriage rate is quite high.so is the logoff rate and quit rate. Ps. let us report the number of divorces for each player too
Kemistry
I also play a lot of World of Warcraft, which is very public about player achievements (i.e., open web site to query/view anyone), and very private about time played. They provide lots of detail about your own time played, but no way to see that for anyone else. The master point display in BBO seems like a similar achievement, and the number of logins seems a lot like the hours played. It seems like logins should be an optional display, probably opt in, since lots of users are technically unsavvy.
cherdanno
Peer-rated dating site? So if I have a disastrous date I give him/her a high rating in order to keep the good ones for myself? I wonder whether you can leave reviews. "I really recommend xyz, would always date him/her again"
slipp2000
Is there any way to opt put of displaying number of logins? This is not relevant to other users.
