Both times the automatic reconnect attempt didn't work - but as soon as I logged in myself that was O.K.My internet connection was fine both times.Is this likely to be a BBO problem or something I can do something about? Rain Posted July 10, 2010 Report Share Posted July 10, 2010 Our theory is your internet connection died briefly each time. When we try to autoconnect you as usual, your internet was still having problems, so you couldn't login via that. Then a short while later, you try to connect while internet recovers, so you're able to enter again. Reason is the BBO servers looked fine,so... If you were in a pay event let accounting know. We can hook you up with a gift. (I wouldn't say refund because I don't know if refunding when it's not our internet at fault is right).
