RHO preempts with 3♣. What now?If you double , what is your plan if partner bids ♠? If you pass , and it goes 4♣ from LHO, PASS, PASS to you - do you take any action? Hanoi5
If you double , what is your plan if partner bids ♠? I bid 4♥. Slightly better than passing and then bidding 4♥.

Hanoi5
I forgot to add that I'd pass over 4♠.
Apollo81
I'd pass initially, disregarding any value the ♣QT might have. If LHO raises clubs and it comes back to me, I would mentally thank him and bid 4♥. Hopefully LHO is not a tricky player, raising on a doubleton club.
