Elianna
Fitting to be the second post: but 2! So can't click on your poll!!!
jdonn
69 is missing from your options. I also see you hold a prejudice against negative numbers. Anyway I choose 7.
kenberg
6 is really unbearable. always claiming to be perfect, and the square root of 2 can be really irrational. 1 is boring, 2 is bipolar and a bit frightening. I am way too ordinary a guy to go in for the transcendentalists such as e and pi. Googol changed his name to google and now snoops around my email. I think I will go with 5. A nice solid prime sort of guy, a bit odd but then so am I. although when things get complex, 5 can have other factors to consider
Winstonm
1 is boring I hate to disagree again, Ken, but one is the loneliest number that you'll ever do. Two can be as bad as one, it's the loneliest number since the number one. Number nine, number nine, number nine. In the year 2525.... However, eight days a week, I lo-o-o-o-ove you. But my best advice is no matter what: Ricky don't lose that number, you don't want to call nobody else. Send it off in a letter to yourself. Ricky don't lose that number. It's the only one you own. You might use it if you feel better, when you get home.
cherdanno
How is this a contest when 655321 is an option?

OleBerg
Obviously 655321 is the most beautifull. I'm into praticality however, so 60 is my number. It is divideable by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30. There is a reason why noone ever tries to change the way we meassure time.
Hanoi5
Number 5 is clearly missing. That would have been my vote.
Gerben42
47 for Star Trek fans is missing, no surprises I voted 42 though B)

hanp
Thought the golden mean should be in there, if only for mikeh whose relays are based on the fibonacci numbers. I voted for 655321 of course.
gwnn
I had to delete a few options because of some technicality from the board rules. I admit though that I forgot about the golden mean. Also maybe the magic angle (arccos(sqrt(1/3)))? Well, too late now. The 'wtf gwnn' option has been intentionally omitted.
gwnn
BTW do numbers exist? If not, what do they do?
Free
The only prime number known so far that I can't memorize: 2^43112609 -

Rossoneri
1 is an important number surely, as you need it for events which happen almost-surely.

mgoetze
I'm a bit surprised that neither 53,644,737,765,488,792,839,237,440,000 nor 128,745,650,347,030,683,120,231,926,111,609,371,363,122,697,557 were offered as options. However, like some other posters, I prefer 5. I guess it's a sign of personal weakness.
