Non-Standard but what if you have 2NT available in fourth seat to show the minors but it is constructive - would you try that?

I would pass out 1♠ since I greatly fear the opponents having missed 4♥. In fact it's not unheard of they have missed a slam here and find it.

 

If I had bid 2♦ then I have never thought about whether 3♣ is forcing next round but it seems obvious to bid in any case.

 

If I were playing 2NT is minors and constructive then I would not bid it since my hand is not constructive. I don't know why I wouldn't follow my agreements.

Pass certainly stands out instead of 2♦. 2♥ by partner is illogical- to he have bid 2♥ now he should have bid it as a simple overcall.

not true - partner could have hearts & a diamond fit, for example. I bid 3♣ now, though I would have passed out the hand in 1 spade even with 2N as constructive both minors available. I expect that 3♣ is non-forcing.

2D looks reasonable, and over 2H I bid 3C, which is NF.

If I had 2NT av. to show both minors, I would use it.

I would report my "pass" button as broken to BBO if I can only make a bid ;)

I agree, and I'm not surprised this is your view, since you have stated previously that a subsequent jump shift by an overcaller is NF (which is something I still disagree with).

 

By the way, I would pass out 1♠.

You have to bid 3♣ (which is certainly non-forcing, since both players have made non-forcing bids and there is a cuebid available). Imagine passing out 2♥ and finding partner with something like ♠Axx ♥JTxxx ♦A ♣Qxxx.
