An obvious bug

Look at this borad:

On my table (and others), the bidding is like this:

3♦ by East is very strange.

The explanation says:

"New suit, bad S, .... twice rebiddable C;....."

Then, West bid 4♣ with Q2.

It's terrible.

 

However, on some tables (like this one http://tinyurl.com/263f86c),

the 3♦ bid by East is said:

"4+D.....",

and West pass.

I think this one is more correct.

 

I played this hand on web version, and many tables encounter the same bug. However some GIB on other tables are OK. Therefore, I guess maybe this bug happens only on web version.

That's really strange. The web version has the correct description of 3♦, but West responds incorrectly. The download version has an incorrect descrption, but West responds as if it has long ♦.
