Onedown Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 Just wondering about the possibility of a small tweek at a Teaching Table where table owner/teacher when dealing with Groups, can Kibbitz a hand while being bid and have his chat only go to Kibbitzers then once a hand is over, he can then move down to the table and have chat only directed at the bidders? This is what I was able to do at OKB when running Firesides, which I am starting here soon at BridgeBase. The same would apply for bidders, since they get rotated from Kibbitzing to sitting and bidding. Once they leave their seat they go back to the kibbitzing area rather than having to leave the table totally? diana_eva Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 On the Windows version you can direct your chat to Table, Kibitzers, Club, Lobby, Tourney or private chat to players - all these options are marked in the chat tab, where it is written "chat to" - if you look carefully you will notice a small arrow on the right; click on it and there you have your options. Also, when a player clicks on his own seat he/she is asked whether he/she wants to leave that seat. Selecting "yes" will place him/her in the Kibbers' Box - not outside the table.
