Mail to support follows this pattern: Original mail -> autoreply saying "reply this" -> reply -> Original mail goes through, you get a ticket #. Both times I received 2 automated replies of which the 2nd one was: "A ticket has been opened regarding your issue." I may be impatient. The first reply came 12, the second one 6 days ago.
