HedyG
the new feature that sends invitations to all players whose names are entered as participants when a table is set up is really cool. however frequently when they accept the invitation they are disconnected from BBO. a bug? Free
I noticed that to. In partnership bidding, my partner accepted the invitation. To me it looked like he joined the table, but in reality the other side was disconnected (and it took a while before that was clear). peachy
This happened to my partner also, twice. It was just a table to play some hands, not a team game and I had reserved a seat for my partner. He got disconnected when accepting the automated invite. I don't use the web version, I use the old one and so does my partner.

uday
The next time it happens to one of us, would you let me know here or via email (uday@) ? The info I need is : date, hostname, person who got disconnected we fixed an issue along these lines back in Feb. I can't see how it would have re-surfaced but who knows... :( U
uday
No need to send me any more data. Thanks. We found the bugs. They will be rolled out within a couple of days. Meanwhile: 1. a windows client that accepts an invite spawned by a reservation will crash if he it is already kibbing at a tourney or teamgame 2. If a web client reserves a seat for a player, the invitation wont be sent automatically if the table is either invisible or has 'perm-required-to-play' set.
