Opener's Rebid-- Part 1

On discovering p with three aces and two kings, responder apparently has one outstanding loser, and since p apparently has 18-19 balanced, it's not necessarily clear where that loser is going to go! Of course all we need is a jack in one of the minors.

 

If p had opened 2NT it would be a hell of a lot easier.

Unless partner has AK tight in a minor, you have 0 losers.

Typical. Since when would I rebid 2 on a hand this good?

 

Opening or rebidding 2NT are fine (well, mostly just opening). 3 is way better than 3 but that's moot since we all know 3 is awful.

 

This would not be a hard hand to bid after a 2NT opening. Or after anything opener does really.
