Pass is forcing here ?

If yes I pass encouraging P to bid (and showing shortness). If not I also pass. I don't think my hand is that much better than normal t/o double partner expects (he can count his too probably expecting stiff) and he could be stretching already hoping they will go higher.

Partner's jump is preemptive/offensive, we're r/w and have only 3-card support, and it's not even matchpoints. I would just pass and I don't think it's forcing.

edit: after some thought I don't like this answer any more. I think double is right. I have 2 quick tricks and some quacks on the side and partner probably has some values for the r/w 4. If he has the right hand we might get this 2 or even 3. We might get the SA, two clubs, a club ruff, and a diamond for example.

I think that 5S is clear given our four card support and heart void.

ROFL.

Hanped.

No way in the world is pass forcing here. I thought this was a question of whether to pass or to double, I'd light em up since I have so much defense in the minors and shortish spades and they are likely to just be saving at this vul, and someone has to double them.
