tirzah2
I've just started using the web version of BBO and have found two glitches that involve Sky Club. First, none of the scores are being posted if a board is adjusted then when I register for the tournament then go back to cancel it shows me registered but the register button isn't a cancel button but the register button. This prohibits me from canceling and forces me to log out of BBO and wait the required time to log in after the tournament has started. I don't really understand what you mean by the first bug. Are you a player or a TD? Is it one of your results that has been adjusted? When are none of the results posted - immediately after the adjustment, after the tournament, or both? Which results are not posted - results for the board in question or results for all boards? Whatever the answers to these questions, probably this is a server issue (not my area), but if can provide more details I will try to get Uday (his area) to investigate. About the register/cancel button bug, this is my area and I will try to fix it, but so far I can only replicate this bug in one way: if I log off and log in again between registering and trying to unregister while use a different combination of uppercase and lowercase letters in my user ID during the two logins (for example, logging in once as "fred", registering, logging off, logging in again as "FRED" or "fReD" etc, and trying to unregister). Is it possible that you did this? If no, do you have any other information that might be helpful?
