You need to both download your list to your computer (from your old name) and upload that list (to your new name). But the dowload / upload buttons ("New List", "Open List...", "Save List as...") are not available unless you have BBO permission to run Tourneys. And then - HOW ? I use the Windows version of BBO. I have Tourney permission; I can access the relevant buttons; I can download ("Save List as...") my list of friends to my computer .... BUT how to upload ????
