JoAnneM Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 I think it is wrong for GIB to be "simulating" hands when it should be following a bidding convention. This sort of thing has happened to me many times, not necessarily with rkc, and it is getting tiresome. I am learning to follow GIB's quirks, but that is not bridge. cloa513 Posted May 1, 2010 Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 That bidding sequence would need a special response like 6 ♥ to the 4NT not that contract has a lot of chance KQ of diamonds in one opponent or Kx and that oppenent doesn't drop the king so he can be endgamed. Its also incredibly difficult for south to find the right north shape (short clubs) to make a certain six or seven Hearts. You'd need special bidding tools.
