2ht--p--3d--p

3h/t-p--3n/t-p

4d --p--5cl--p

6d all pass well bid lead is 3cl

now whats the problem how do you play it, i assume you play 7 cl up comes k cl win with ace and ruff a club with either jd or 2d whichever you are safe. now what.

if you lead a diam and finesse or you lead diam and play ace exit with Q diamonds

whichever east shows out on second diamond, east discards j cl

K diamond winner leads 10 spades or 10 hts--either now how to play? regards

This is a very good hand from 'Bridge with the blue team'. Answer hidden.

The US declarer(Wolff?) played as you suggested and went down when one of the major broke 5-1.

The Italian declarer(Forquet IIRC) played one round of each major and then played Ace of diamond and Queen of diamond!
