In general I'm trying to get clubs right then set up an endplay on RHO to lead from the spade queen. I think the club hook is a favorite although I'm not totally certain, but given that RHO might be 6-5 (did LHO really lead a stiff heart with a doubleton spade?) I will get a count in the minors, and can then guess clubs. If LHO has JT9x of clubs and the DK this is bad. Otherwise I just squeeze righty.
