Crap hand, GREAT spades, not possible to have shown KQX before because strain was still in doubt and a jump to 4S would have preempted partner if he was coming in hearts. Partner could not cue 4♥, we already showed a diamond card: if all partner needed was KQx of trumps, and she really has everything else covered, we would have heard more from her.
