You passed initially because RHO tanked for forever over 2C and then passed, so you thought he was trapping with 4. 1. call 3♠ because first that will make your partner play it and second your 5-2♠ fit rates to take more tricks than your 2-5♥ fit. 2. 3♣, tempt the opponents to get too high partner rates to be near 1336 and R vs W 2♣ calls need to be the nuts.
