yes, 3♦, and an easy auction to 4♠. But as always I have to point that my live overcalls are sound and my reopenings are sick to catch up.

That is beyond sick... Also strange, I think my avatar is more fluffy than yours.

I see nothing sick with reopening with 13 when partner could have up to 14 :/

I think it's sick when your 13 is really 12 with your king bid on your left and an awful suit. :) Seriously 3♦ in a suit like this is the type of bid that goes for huge 4-digit numbers. The chance of having 3NT (which is really the only contract better than a partscore you could possibly be missing) can't be worth it.

Put it this way, I rather X with the first hand than reopen with a poorish 13 and a badly placed K on the second hand.

 

I understand the notion of reopener adding a K to their hand when considering whether to bid or pass - sometimes I think it is overdone personally.
